1. When you receive the product within 24 hours and find that the product is not shipped correctly without opening the sealed package, please get in touch with us in time to resend the product for you (free shipping).

2. When you open the sealed package, it is deemed to have been used, and Prosthesis Man will not be able to provide you with return, exchange, or refund services.

3. If your product has quality problems within 7 days after receiving, such as degumming, breakage, discoloration, etc., please get in touch with us immediately for free replacement (only once, free shipping).

4. If the product is damaged due to personal improper use within 15 days after receiving, if you need to replace a new product, please pay 20% of the product official price as fee, and we will replace the same product for you (only once, shipping at your own expense).

5. If the prosthesis is damaged due to personal improper use within 45 days after receiving, if you need to replace a new prosthesis, please pay 50% of the product official price as fee, and we will replace the same product for you (only once, shipping at your own expense).
