General prosthetic manual for All Prosthesis Man's product

1. When you receive the product, do not open the transparent sealed package first, please check the product first for any missing parts or problems. Our brand prosthesis man is a completely handmade product, not made in a factory or with a large number of machines, and may have slight defects that do not affect the use.

2. When you open it, we will assume that you have used it.

3. For cleaning, you can use shower gel, disinfectant hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc. Please do not soak it with alcohol or other disinfectants, do not rub it hard, do not throw it into the refrigerator and boil it, and please do not eat it.

4. We have made a very thin movable 3D foreskin on some of our products. Please be careful with your nails and sharp objects. Once cut, it cannot be repaired.

5. Silicone prosthesis is a one-piece product. Do not use sharp objects to damage silicone (such as scissors, needles, nails, etc.) during use. Once damaged, it is difficult to repair. Please pay attention to daily maintenance. Do not scrub the prosthesis with force or fingers (especially nails), and wash the prosthesis gently. Do not pierce the glans with your fingers! Once the damage is caused by cleaning, it will be judged as man-made damage, especially the front end of the glans

6. If there is thermal expansion and cold contraction during use, or it stops sliding, you can watch the video under the guidance of our staff to perform the operation of vacuuming and re-injecting lubricant.

7. When you receive the product, please ask the staff for the teaching video.

8. Please do not cut or trim the product at will.

9. Due to the particularity of medical platinum silicone, once it fades, it cannot be repaired.

10. For the health of others and public health safety, please do not sell or buy second-hand products.

11. After daily cleaning, please keep the urine prosthesis dry and store it in a cool place.

12. Do not use plastic glue (502 series) to stick the prosthesis to avoid damage that cannot be repaired.

13. Silicone is not breathable. We recommend that you remove the prosthesis when you sleep to prevent folliculitis.

14. ⚠️ All externally colored products will fade, depending on your frequency of use.

* A very small number of people are allergic to silicone. If allergic symptoms occur, please stop using it immediately.

Sex Prosthesis User Manual:

1. The product has been disinfected when shipped. It is recommended to wash it with hand sanitizer, soap, and shower gel before and after use.

2. The product is a silicone product. If it dries during use, please use an appropriate amount of lubricant for lubrication.

3. Please do not overstretch the product (3D foreskin and 3D testes) to avoid irreparable damage.

4. Please respect your female partner and try not to inject artificial semen directly into your partner's body. Try not to eat artificial semen because it is not delicious.

5. When using a prosthesis for sex, it is recommended to use a water-soluble condom. Do not use unqualified condoms to avoid contamination and discoloration of the silicone prosthesis.

6. Whether it is a urine prosthesis or a filling prosthesis, you must choose a size of underwear that is smaller than your usual underwear model so that you can better fix the package.

7. For products with Easy Tape treatment, do not put them in hot water above 50°C to avoid damaging the structure of Easy Tape.

8. When you do not use the prosthesis for a long time, clean it and keep it cool to prevent mold!

Basic packer for filling user manual:

1. Please place it according to the design direction. It can be placed in underwear, fixed in the belt or attached to the body with Easy tape, but please do not overstretch it.

2. If you need underwear to fix it, please wear tight underwear or briefs one to two sizes smaller.

3. Please do not wear it for more than 12 hours. Take it off and wash it every day when you take a shower. You can use: shower gel, disinfectant hand soap, detergent, etc. for washing.

4. Keep it dry and keep your genitals dry at the same time.

 

STP prosthesis user manual:

1. Before using the product for the first time, test the flow rate with water to facilitate urine control.

2. If you need underwear to fix it, please wear tight underwear or briefs one to two sizes smaller.

3. When using it for the first time, please do not wear pants and practice patiently to align the urethra in the correct position, remember this position, and gradually put on pants after multiple practices.

4. If urine leakage occurs, please adjust the standing angle, lean forward, and if urine leakage occurs on both sides, please open your legs.

5. Please do not wear tight pants (jeans, tight yoga pants, etc.).

6. After urinating, wait for the residual liquid in the urethra to drip into the prosthetic urinary trough, and then shake the prosthetic penis to discharge the remaining urine

7. If there is a peculiar smell in the body excrement, you can use clothing disinfectant and soak for 15 minutes to remove the odor.

Terms and Refund/Return Policy/Replacement and After-sales Service
For overseas customers:

1. When you choose us, we will record your purchase time and product for you through the real-name system to facilitate subsequent membership services.

2. After receiving the product, please check your order information through the package before the sealed package is opened. If you find that the product does not match the order, please contact us in time for a replacement.

3. Once the product is opened, it is deemed to have been used and cannot be replaced without product quality problems.

4. We will refuse to refund, return or exchange for personal reasons, such as: the size is different than expected, I don’t like the style, I don’t like the color, I don’t want it anymore, the production time is too long, and I don’t want to wait now.

5. If you find quality problems within 24 hours after receiving the package (such as oil leakage, color fading, link detachment, etc.), please contact us immediately so that we can replace the new product for you.

6. If man-made damage (tear, breakage, trimming, accidental situation) occurs within 7 days after you open the package, you only need to pay 30% of the product cost and shipping fee, and you can get a replacement of the same product (only one chance).

7. If man-made damage (tear, breakage, trimming, accidental situation) occurs within 8-30 days after you open the package, you only need to pay 50% of the product cost and shipping fee, and you can get a replacement of the same product (only one chance).

8. ⚠️ If you maliciously damage the product, we will stop after-sales service.

9. EASY TAPE prosthesis treatment can enjoy free replacement of the treatment surface within 180 days. When your treatment surface falls off by 2/3, mail it back to the company for free replacement (postage is at your own expense).

10. This clause is limited to the first prosthesis customer, and resale and second-hand will not enjoy any warranty and after-sales regulations.

11. ⚠️ If you maliciously damage the product, we will stop after-sales service. We will test each product before leaving the factory to ensure quality. Please do not damage it intentionally. If the prosthesis is damaged due to intentional damage or violent use, artificial cutting or improper use during use, we will not be able to provide you with any after-sales service.

• Prostheasis Man does not accept any refund request under any circumstances. The only exception is that Prostheasis Man cannot provide services or cannot manufacture products due to lack of raw materials and no specific date for replenishing raw materials. For all these special cases, we will contact customers one by one to let them decide whether to continue waiting.

• If there is a delay in the production period, Prostheasis Man will negotiate with customers on a case-by-case basis. Since they are all handmade products, we will only give an estimated production time, and sometimes delays are inevitable. Therefore, if customers have any questions about order updates, please contact us proactively.

• Please refer to the after-sales service mentioned above. If you are found to have unilaterally forced a refund through your bank, it is very shameful and disrespectful to the efforts of our production team. Any customer who takes unilateral forced refund actions without the consent of our company will be blacklisted forever.

• After the order is paid and confirmed, any change in order details (change color/change product) will be charged an administrative fee of HKD300. So please don't change your mind after the order is confirmed. (Change address/add product is an exception and will not be charged any fee)
