Prosthesis Instruction Manual for all Prosthesis Man

1. Our company adopts internal coloring and external coloring technology, but due to the special material of silicone material, the external coloring will fade during use, which is a normal phenomenon. Please note that this product uses a six-layer outer coloring process and two sealing layers to reduce silicone wear and color wear. Due to friction during use, the sealing layer will slowly fall off, which is a normal phenomenon, please rest assured to use.

2. Due to the particularity of medical platinum silicone, once it fades, it cannot be repaired.

3. When using a prosthesis for sex, it is recommended to use water-soluble condoms and silicone condoms. Do not use ordinary condoms to avoid contamination and discoloration of the silicone prosthesis.

4. Whether it is STP or basic packer, it is necessary to choose a size of underwear that is smaller than your usual underwear model so that you can better hold the packer tight.

5. When you STP packer, follow the tutorial and video to practice.

6. The 3D foreskin prosthesis in the Sex and Play series products has a relatively thin surface skin, so please do not use it violently during use! Avoid severe stretching of the foreskin! Do not damage it intentionally! Once damaged, it cannot be repaired.

7. The silicone prosthesis is a one-piece product. Do not use sharp objects to damage the silicone during use (such as scissors, needles, nails, etc.). Once damaged, it is difficult to repair, please pay attention to maintenance. Do not scrub the prosthesis with force or fingers (especially nails), and clean it gently

Wash the prosthesis. Don't put your fingers through the glans! Once the damage is caused by cleaning, it will be judged as man-made damage, especially the front end of the glans

8. After daily cleaning, please keep the STP dry and store in a cool place.

9. Do not use plastic glue (502 series) to paste the prosthetic, so as not to cause damage and cannot be repaired.

10. Silicone is airtight. We recommend that you remove the prosthesis while you sleep to prevent folliculitis.

11. The prosthesis will wear out and become sticky due to prolonged use. Use baby powder for normal prosthesis maintenance.

12. The prosthesis can be cleaned normally with hand sanitizer, shower gel, etc., and the prosthesis can be sterilized with hot water. Please clean it with water or hand sanitizer/soap every night, just use it naturally. If body excretions have residual odor, you can use clothes disinfectant and soak for 15 minutes

The odor can be removed. For normal maintenance, baby powder can be used. Silicone is not resistant to low temperature, please do not put the prosthesis in the refrigerator.

13. The pulling force of the prosthesis cannot exceed 1.5 times of the original length. Once it is broken, it is man-made damage.

Prosthetic after-sales service
1. Our branded prosthetics are completely handmade products, not made by factories or mass machines, there may be slight defects, which will not affect the use. Inspection will be done before shipment. Please use it with confidence. If you find non-artificial damage after 7 days of receipt, please send it back for a new one.
2. Due to your personal reasons, such as: do not like the style, do not like the color, etc., we will refuse to refund, return or exchange for you.
3. When you choose us, we will record your purchase time and products for you through the real-name system to facilitate subsequent member services.

Special case: We will test each product before leaving the factory to ensure the quality. Please don't damage it on purpose. If the prosthesis is damaged due to your intentional damage or violent use, artificial cutting or incorrect use during use, we will not be able to provide you with any after-sales service.
All prostheses under Prosthesis Man are made of: French Blue star® human medical platinum silicone, smooth onⓇ human medical platinum silicone.

The product complies with the US FDA food safety certification and the US human medical safety certification.
*Very few people are allergic to silicone. Once allergic phenomenon occurs, please stop using it immediately.

Terms and Refund/Return Policy.
1. Prostheasis Man does not accept any refund requests under any circumstances, (e.g. I don't want it anymore, it took too long to make, and I don't want to wait now
Wait, I didn't like the color when I received it, the product didn't work for me, I didn't like it when I received it, etc. )
The only exception is that Prostheasis Man is unable to provide the service or manufacture the product in the absence of raw materials and no specific date for replenishment of raw materials. In all these special cases, we will contact customers one by one to let them decide whether to continue to wait.
2. If there is a delay in the production period, Prostheasis Man will negotiate with the customer on a case-by-case basis. As they are all handcrafted, we will only give estimated production times, sometimes delays are unavoidable. Therefore, if customers have any questions about order updates, please contact us proactively.
3. Please refer to the after-sales service mentioned above, if you find that your product is defective or accidentally damaged, please come to us for help, let us see how to help you. Instead of unilaterally forcing a refund through your bank, it is very shameful and disrespectful of the efforts of our production team. Any customer who takes a unilateral forced refund without our company's consent will be permanently blacklisted.

After the order is paid and confirmed, any change of order details (change of color/change of product) will incur an administrative fee of HKD300.

So please don't change your mind after order confirmed. (change of address/addition of products is an exception and will not be charged)
