ANS: Production time (depends on the product you ordered + delivery time)
If you order more than one product in the same order, the total production period will be extended. Each product and the extension period are different. If you receive it in a hurry, please inquire about the specific production waiting time before placing the order. All of our company's prostheses are handicrafts. If you don’t want to wait, please don’t place an order.

The approximate production time of each product is clearly listed on the product purchase page. You can check it by yourself.

It takes about 3-5 days to arrive at your shipping address using DHL Express, and 20-40 days to arrive at your shipping address using EMS Express.
Our company can only guarantee the production time, but cannot guarantee the delivery speed of the goods. Our company will not be responsible if there are any accidents or delays during the express delivery.
With DHL: 50% chance you may have to pay customs fees
With EMS: 10-20% chance you may have to pay customs fees
Customs fees: Customs conducts random inspections and we cannot guarantee that your package will not be affected.
Additionally, packages with glue or simulated powder must be shipped via EMS.

Questions: Can I pass the customs inspection at the airport?

ANS: Absolutely no problem, the airport is a metal detector, our prosthesis is made of all silicone, and it will never be detected or make any noise when worn during customs clearance. Travel with confidence wearing our prostheses!

Questions: Why don’t my Packer 3D foreskin and 3D balls move?

Questions：How to choose the color that suits you?

ANS: In terms of color, cisgender men’s genitals are usually darker than their thighs and arms. Unless you are a very white Caucasian, your penis will be the same white as your thighs. So it depends on your preference of what color you want your penis to be. Some people will do it based on the color of their thighs, and some people will do it based on the color of their clitoris. Questions：How can I request a custom coloring service?
ANS: When choosing the color of the prosthesis, first contact customer service via WhatsApp, and customer service will teach you how to provide the photos for custom coloring. Custom coloring service is HKD780, the procedure is as follows
1️⃣Customers who want to purchase customized colors need to take photos under white light, white background wall, and print out the color card and place it on their thighs and take photos(3 photos are required without flash and 1 with flash, and no filters are allowed).

2️⃣Purchase the customized color mailing service and only need to pay the postage of HKD400 for the physical color card (the color adjustment fee for the physical color card is free, and the custom coloring fee of the packer will only be charged when the order is placed)

3️⃣We will mail the silicone physical color card according to the customer’s photo situation. The default delivery is DHL express.

4️⃣After the customer receives the silicone color card, inform us of the name information and number (we will keep the name on the color card and save it separately), and take a photo of the areola color to customize the glans and balls (white light, no filter)

5️⃣Place an order for custom-colored prostheses and wait for the product to be produced after completing the payment.

6️⃣The customer's color card is retained for 2 years. Within 2 years, the customer only needs to place an order for customized color products and add his name, and we will find the color card for him to make his own color products.

Questions: How do I secure/wear my packer? Do I have to wear wearing harness?
ANS: All packer do not require wearing harness necessarily. They can be easily fixed by wearing underwear that is one size tighter than usual. Therefore, before receiving the prosthesis, please change the original underwear into tight underwear, because you cannot place the packer on site with normal underwear. Underwear that is too loose may cause leakage, displacement, discomfort and other problems. There are 4 ways to wear SEX prostheses, the most convenient of which is to use tight underwear with a front opening.
