The latest Realbox series for 2023 uses prostheses molded from real human bodies.

The Ben basic packer features a liquid penis for a soft feel and movable testicles.

The Ben 3.0 sex prosthesis features 3D foreskin and 3D testicles.

* Silicone rod = a man's penis, but it cannot be fixed at a certain angle and will automatically rebound, but it will not affect the position after insertion.

Buy Realbox Orders of Ben ejaculation-style sex implants include a bottle of simulated semen powder (approximately 20 uses). Orders from the US do not include simulated semen powder due to customs issues.

Includes adhesive applicators (sold separately): First-generation waterproof double-sided adhesive, second-generation quick-release easy tape. 

Hair addition service is available for the packer with tab. However, removable hair cannot be used with prostheses that have tab; adding hair must be implanted onto the prosthesis which has tab only.

The contact surface on the back of the implant can be selected according to the customer's needs.
