Waterproof double-sided easy tape

Prosthesis Man has developed a new surface treatment process. After the prosthesis is specially processed with Waterproof double-sided easy tape treatment (with a transparent film on the back), the Waterproof double-sided easy tape can be used as a medium to adhere the prosthesis to the skin.

📌 Transparent film is factory-installed with a reinforced transparent protective overlay. Never remove this protective overlay at any time, as it will damage the overlay and prevent future use.

(Including Waterproof double-sided easy tape treatment done). Includes: One roll of Waterproof double-sided easy tape in 300cm long, 2.54cm wide,10 sheets of PU film (some customers cannot stick double-sided tape due to skin barrier problems. customers can first shave hair to 5mm, then stick the PU film to the skin, and then stick double-sided tape) , plus one 30ml bottle of special adhesive remover (all toxicity-tested and FDA-approved, suitable for direct application to the epidermis). 

(⚠️Because liquid and powder cannot be shipped to the US, we only provide Waterproof double-sided easy tape treatment on the packer, 10 sheets of PU film and one roll of Waterproof double-sided easy tape; adhesive remover is not provided.)

Note⚠️: Waterproof double-sided easy tape is only available for packers that have already been processed with Waterproof double-sided easy tape treatment.  It's recommended for implants weighing less than 250 grams and for larger veneers. For packers weighing over 250 grams, a waterproof glue is recommended for better stability.

Note:

1. This service requires an additional purchase. We perform special treatment on the packers tab. This feature is not available for used packers that haven't undergone this special treatment. Furthermore, after processing, the transparent protective layer on the tab can only withstand 40-60 cycles of Waterproof double-sided easy tape. If the transparent film wears out, you'll need to purchase a replacement pack.

2. Waterproof double-sided easy tape cannot be used on packers that have already been pre-approved with waterproof glue. Therefore, the order of application should be correct. Start with Waterproof double-sided easy tape. After sufficient use, you can purchase a replacement pack of transparent film and continue using Waterproof double-sided easy tape, or switch to your own waterproof glue.

4. Waterproof double-sided easy tape treatment is a proprietary adhesive treatment developed by Prosthesis Man. It's similar to the protective film on your phone screen, protecting the surface and extending the life of your prosthesis. The Waterproof double-sided easy tape treatment isn't permanent; it will gradually wear out with usage. Typically, after 40-60 uses (or when only one-third of the waterproof double-sided tape (transparent film) remains), you'll need to replace the transparent film to resume using the Waterproof double-sided easy tape , or remove the protective film and continue using waterproof glue. 

Actual data shows that the Waterproof double-sided easy tape treatment effectively extends the life of your prosthesis, making daily application more convenient and quick. However, it also has a significant drawback: it shouldn't be exposed to hot water for extended periods.

5. We recommend that our clients carefully follow the instructions and instructional videos when using this feature to extend the life of their prosthesis. If you like using Waterproof double-sided easy tape, we recommend purchasing a replacement kit for the transparent film together to save the shipping fee. If your transparent film becomes damaged and cannot be applied (assuming the veneer is intact), you can use the replacement kit and replace the transparent film surface yourself by following our instructional video.

## ⚠️ Usage and Maintenance Instructions (Overseas & Hong Kong Users)

1. Do not sterilize at high temperatures. Only use **adhesive remover (Bennye makeup remover)** or warm water below 40°C to remove.

2. Easy-to-use cycle: Approximately 60–90 uses (approximately 2–3 months).

3. Replace when the adhesive hardens, turns white, or cracks.

4. After opening the new adhesive, please seal with plastic wrap and store in a cool, dark place. **Do not expose to air for extended periods.**

5. If you don't know how to replace, you can follow the instructions in the tutorial video or use an underwear-style fixation method.

6. It is not recommended to stockpile replacement adhesive or sets.

7. All customers are assumed to have read this information carefully when placing an order.

After using the Waterproof Double-Sided Tape, if you need to remove it from your implant, simply rinse the implant with warm water during your daily shower and gently separate it from your skin. The Waterproof Double-Sided Tape will gradually lose its stickiness as it soaks in warm water. You can gently separate the Waterproof Double-Sided Tape from the implant veneer while rinsing it with warm water. (Please refer to our tutorial video for details.) If there is any residual Waterproof Double-Sided Tape on the implant veneer, use an adhesive remover. Avoid forcible removal of the Waterproof Double-Sided Tape to avoid damaging your skin, implant, or veneer. If the Waterproof Double-Sided Tape is too tightly attached to the implant veneer and cannot be removed, soak it in 45°C warm water and then remove it. Alternatively, use a hair dryer to heat the Waterproof Double-Sided Tape and the implant veneer for one minute to soften them, making them easy to remove. Never tear it violently, as it will damage the veneer and the implant! If it is torn, it is considered man-made damage and has nothing to do with the quality of the implant.

DHL/EMS is available only for Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. If your order contains powder or liquid, only EMS is available. If the customer insists on sending it by DHL, no glue dissolving agent is required by default.

Due to US customs duties, we do not ship adhesive removers. US customers are requested to purchase them locally.

Customs Notice

We will carefully label the customs label as "Silicone Model Decoration." It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipped item is legal in your country. If customs refuses a package for import, we will attempt to re-ship it and ensure its receipt. If it is still confiscated a second time, the payment will not be refunded. Before the package is shipped to you, you may be required to pay VA, customs duties, or excise taxes for shipments from outside your country. These charges are levied by your country, not Prosthesis Man. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or tariffs imposed. If you refuse a package, it may be destroyed by customs, and the purchase price will not be refunded. So if your package is accidentally held by customs and you are asked to provide any proof or invoice, please contact us immediately before you submit any documents to customs.
