⚠️ Aviation Security & Customs Declaration

1. Restricted Items (Simulated Powder & Liquid Glue):
   • Due to aviation security regulations, products containing simulated powder and liquid glue cannot be shipped to any overseas countries/regions except Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
   • If required, please contact our customer service team for recommended alternative brands to purchase locally.
2. Customs Declaration & Import Duties:
   • For privacy and smooth clearance, items will be declared discreetly as "Silicone Model Decoration" on the customs label.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with the laws and regulations of their destination country.
   • Shipments may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or consumption taxes levied by your local government (not Prosthesis Man). We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.
3. Customs Clearance & Detention Policy (CRITICAL):
   • Contact Us Before Submitting Documents: If your package is held by customs and documentation/invoices are requested, please contact our customer support team IMMEDIATELY BEFORE submitting any documents to customs. This helps prevent unnecessary or inflated custom charges based on your actual payment.
   • Reshipment Policy: If a package is rejected by customs, we will attempt to reship it to you once. However, if the package is confiscated on the second attempt, no refund will be issued for the order.
   • Refused Packages: If you refuse to accept the package, it may be destroyed by customs, and no refund will be provided.

• Please include your height (cm) and weight (kg) in the order notes. We have our own calculation method to determine the appropriate size for your implant.
• None of the urination and padding implants require separate underwear.
• Just wear underwear one size tighter than your usual size for easy fixation 😄
• A heads-up: try wearing tighter underwear first 😬. Your regular underwear might be too loose, causing leakage and discomfort when moving around 🙈🙈
• Tighter underwear should be at least one size smaller than your usual size!!
• Our dedicated underwear is for those who cannot purchase tight-fitting front-opening underwear or are unsure of their size.
• Tight-fitting front-opening underwear not only helps secure padding and urination implants but can also be used during sexual intercourse, offering greater convenience than regular underwear
• Eliminating the hassle of carrying an extra accessory, resulting in a comfortable and natural experience.

If there are serious problems such as shipping errors, please contact us immediately to replace the product for free. (EMS/DHL customs declaration fee shall be borne by us)
